Qualifications (Required)
• Minimum one years experience in customer service
• Experience with email and multi-line telephones
• Experience quoting and managing multiple jobs, as well as working with a team
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Communicate and greet customers in a professional manner
• Attend to customers questions and complaints
• Understand and appropriately use the companies pricing system and policies.
